Hi! I'm Sofía, and I'm so happy you're here.

I started The Hearts & Hands Collective because I believe that kindness has the power to change lives. You don't have to be an adult or have a lot of money to make a difference, you just need a caring heart and a willingness to help.

My goal is to bring people together to support our community through donation drives, volunteer projects, and acts of kindness. Whether we're collecting baby essentials for families, pet food for local shelters, school supplies for students, or helping wherever there's a need, every project is an opportunity to show someone they're not alone.

The Hearts & Hands Collective is about more than collecting donations. It's about inspiring others , especially young people to discover that even the smallest act of kindness can create a ripple effect. When we work together, we can accomplish so much more than we ever could alone.

Venezuela Relief Drive : Completed

Our Baby & Pet Essentials Drive for Venezuela was a success!

Thanks to the generosity of our El Paso community, Hearts & Hands Collective collected essential baby, family, and pet supplies for families affected by the crisis in Venezuela.

Together, our community donated:

  • More than $500 in donations

  • Diapers and baby wipes

  • Baby formula and children's essentials

  • Hygiene and first-aid supplies

  • Pet food and other necessities

All collected donations were delivered to the designated relief collection in partnership with Caracas Latin Food for distribution to families in need.

Thank you to every person who donated, shared our drive, helped collect supplies, or supported our mission. Small acts of kindness can create a much bigger impact when a community comes together.

Upcoming Projects

WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA 2026
December 2026

Hearts & Hands Collective will once again join Canteens Crew and participate in Wreaths Across America, honoring veterans laid to rest at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.

This year, we hope to expand our involvement by encouraging more students and community members to participate, raise funds for wreath sponsorships, and join us in remembering and honoring those who served.

Our work doesn't stop with one project. We're continuing to build opportunities for young people and our community to come together, serve others, and make a meaningful difference.

Following last year's successful drive, we are preparing to once again bring together students, families, local organizations, and community partners to provide Thanksgiving meals to local families and community members.
